With everything we have going on right now, it seriously crossed my mind not to decorate the house this year. Nick has never been fond of decorating, so I've usually done it by myself or with Patricia's help. Thankfully Patricia (aka Auntie Tricia) pulled through again this year and committed to spending a Sunday with me. Considering our house was still a mess from our trip, it was a bit exhausting. Not to mention that I decided it was a good day to try making sugar cookies for the time too. Not a good idea. Note to self: more fun to eat than to make.
Anyhow, we all survived and had some fun playing with Sydney by the tree afterwards. Sydney is sporting her new onesie courtesy of Auntie Tricia - if that weren't obvious enough by what it says!
