3/30/11 - She Crawls!

Sydney has been rolling around pretty good now for a week or so. I was afraid any day this week I would pick her up from daycare to learn that Donna was the first to see her crawl. Nope! It was me! I was there for the historic moment. All because of pink eye and an ear infection.

Sunday Sydney's eye started putting out gooey stuff. Monday it got triple worse and the other eye joined in. Tuesday morning her eyes were practically sealed shut. Tuesday afternoon Donna called to tell me I should take her to the doctor. So I left work early and got her in at 4:45 PM. The doctor thought it was probably pink eye anda cold and her ear didn't look that great either. So eye drops and an antibiotic were the prescription, and no daycare on Wednesday.

No daycare on Wednesday meant I got to see her crawl for the first time! And I got it on video!

George is strong motivation for her to get around now, she goes for him every time. Also below are some pictures, one from yesterday and the rest from today. Her eyes are seemingly back to normal already, those drops were like magic.
