Would you believe it took us seven hours...yes, SEVEN hours, to decorate the house today. We are both exhausted! I guess the trees themselves took up a good two hours of it. We put up a little 4 1/2 foot tree in Sydney's play room for her to decorate, and then the six foot tree is in the main living area with all the breakable ornaments. Now I need to get a small tree skirt for Sydney's tree, three additional light timers, and one extension cord. I do not like having to plug and unplug lights, they have to all be on timers. When I was working I set the timers for 5 PM so by the time I got home the house was all lit up inside. Love Christmas time!
Here are some pictures. The only thing I didn't take pictures of yet is the kitchen because we haven't started receiving Christmas cards. I put ribbon on all of the cabinet doors to start our card display. Happy Holidays!!
