When I was still working and thought about staying at home, I always envisioned going for walks in the morning. I thought how great it would be to get up every morning, pop Sydney in the stroller, and walk the neighborhood or go to a park and get outside air. Well, since I stayed at home starting July 5, the triple digit heat didn't really allow my visions to pan out immediately. But this week we have been able to take advantage of the cooler weather and play outside. We even took George to the dog park and let him run around. He lasted about ten minutes and he was ready to go home, poor guy was worn out quick.

Sydney has recently become a huge fan of brushing her teeth. I'm not sure she technically brushes her actual teeth, but she tries!
We were blessed with a visit from Auntie Jasmine on Tuesday. She came in from Atlanta, GA for a visit, just in time for the better weather.
Nick's parents gave us this antique laptop on Monday for Sydney to play with. It has Windows 98 on it...it's crazy how huge and heavy it is! But Syd loves to "type" on it and watch the screen bounce around.
